Syrian youth are one of the most affected groups due to the ongoing war in Syria, most of them left their studies and others had no choice but the migration in search of a safe life, so it was necessary to support this group through efficient projects that give youth hope.
The step project, launched by the Takaful Al-Sham Charity, came to provide young men and women with life skills and various professional training, in addition to providing safe spaces for trainees through the project center, which is located in Al-Atareb in the rural of Aleppo and includes fully equipped training rooms to provide the best environment for the trainees.
In order to enhance the goals and objectives of the project, the Step project provided distinguishing services, such as:
– The project provided a free transportation service for the trainees who live far from the training center to facilitate their access to the training.
– A special place in the center provided to receive children, so that mothers can safely attend training sessions.
The project was concluded with a party attended by the trainers and trainees with the administrative staff, where big rewards were presented to the outstanding trainees in the form of professional tools according to their professions, to enable them to start their own project, rely on themselves and move to be a productive group in society.
