Young people have been greatly affected due to limited educational, economic opportunities and social opportunities. Most suffer from low or zero income, in addition to lack of necessary professional expertise that helps in providing suitable job opportunities.
The Masar project, launched by Takaful Al Sham, came to provide young adults (18-30 years) with the vocational skills required in the labor market, through an equipped training center that prepares young people to enter the labor market through offering the following vocational trainings:
- Computer Maintenance (Hardware – Software)
- Automated Vehicle Maintenance (Car Mechanics)
- Maintenance of Mobile Phone Devices (Smart Devices)
- Graphic Design
- Office Management
- Skin Care and Hairdressing
- Solar Energy Maintenance
The training centers spread cross Aleppo and Idleb governorates (Al-Atareb – Saraqib), northern Syria, and the top trainees were rewarded with professional tools according to each of their professions that would enable him/her to launch his/her own project and start a new life.
