The high prices of hygiene tools and supplies inside Syria have made them a secondary priority for many families, which has led to an increase in the spread of diseases and epidemics among families, especially children.
The hygiene kits project launched by Takaful Al Sham is based on distributing baskets containing personal and household hygiene supplies to families in need, as this contributes to reducing diseases resulted from the lack of detergents and saves money for families to be able to spend on other basic needs.
The project was implemented in the cities of Aleppo and Idleb and their countryside, as well as in rural Hama.
