Why Education Program?
With 2.4 million children in Syria out of school and deprived of their right to education, including 318,000 in northern Syria. It is distressing that a third of the schools are not being used for educational purposes due to over 12 years of ongoing war, resulting in widespread destruction and displacement.
We believe that education is the path to progress: We dedicated exceptional efforts to support its continuity in northern Syria, becoming the leading organization in supporting the field of education. We supported hundreds of schools, hundreds of thousands of children, provided an income for thousands of teachers, and brought in experts to develop the teaching and learning process through teacher development mentorship programs.
