The north of Syria has witnessed huge displacement movements recently towards the Turkish borders and safer cities, forcing many people to sleep out in the open without a shelter or even a simple tent, not to mention that they do not have money, since many of them are newly displaced and had lived below the poverty line prior to their displacement.
Takaful Al Sham launched the “Dar al-Kiram” project, which aims to provide a helping hand to the newly displaced who do not have shelter, by building new camps and expanding many other camps, to provide decent shelters, in addition to food baskets for the displaced families in support of them and alleviate their suffering.
The project extends to the countryside of the Governorates of Aleppo and Idleb in northern Syria.
